Terms of Service

Ventura Pumpout empties the holding tank on your boat at its slip. We schedule by day, not by appointment time — we come through during our regular rounds at your marina. You don't need to be aboard, but your boat and its deck pump-out fitting must be accessible. Standard service covers tanks up to about 100 gallons.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your boat details (slip, tank, access notes) and for keeping your login private. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

If we arrive and can't safely reach or open the deck fitting — a locked gate we weren't told about, a blocked fitting, an unsafe boarding — we'll note it, let you know, and keep the visit on our list to try again. Repeatedly inaccessible boats may be asked to update their access notes before we reschedule.

Current prices are posted on our pricing page and shown before you confirm a booking. One-time visits are paid when you book. Recurring plans are billed monthly and continue until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your full card details. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our cancellations & refunds policy.

We take care around your boat, but you're responsible for having a functioning, sanitary holding-tank system with a standard deck fitting. We aren't liable for pre-existing problems with your tank, plumbing, or vents, or for issues that result from inaccurate access information. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any single visit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the service means you accept the update.
